Mega Omega 3 – Softgel capsules

The Mega Omega 3 in softgel capsule form contains a particularly high proportion of 70% fatty acids such as EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) as well as vitamin E.

Omega-3 fatty acids are essential fats, which means that they cannot be produced by the body itself, so we need to get the right amount from external sources.

We know different types of omega-3 fatty acids. Their main source is sea fish (cod, tuna, salmon, mackerel, herring), but some plant-based foods also contain a high proportion of omega-3 fatty acids (e.g. linseed oil, rapeseed oil).

EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of your heart. DHA supports the maintenance of normal vision and brain function. Purified, cholesterol-free fish oil supports your diet with DHA and EPA. Each fish oil capsule provides you with EPA, which is important for blood circulation, and DHA, which is essential for a healthy heart. Fish oil is also a source of ALA, which helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.

Although it is widely accepted that polyunsaturated fatty acids (e.g. fish oil) have positive physiological properties, it is a common mistake that we do not consume enough of this type of fat.
