Our AMINO ACIDS complex contains an optimally balanced combination of all 9 essential amino acids – supplemented by the 3 co-factors glycine, taurine and carnitine. The essential amino acids serve as basic building blocks for human protein metabolism (protein biosynthesis) and therefore play a central role in countless tasks and functions in the body.

The amino acid tablets provide the body with valuable amino acids in freely available form and are optimally high-dosed at 6000 mg per day. The AMINO ACIDS complex also provides an effective supply of the co-factors glycine, taurine and carnitine, which are often not absorbed in sufficient quantities through the normal diet.

The AMINO ACIDS complex contains an optimally balanced combination of 9 essential amino acids, glycine, taurine and carnitine. The daily portion consists of 6 tablets and provides a total of 6000 mg of amino acids. The essential amino acids leucine, lysine, valine, isoleucine, phenylalanine, threonine, methionine, histidine and tryptophan account for 4800 mg. The 9 EAAs are supplemented by the 3 co-factors glycine, taurine and carnitine, which are contained in the AMINOSÄUREN complex with a total of 1200 mg.

Recommended intake: Take 2 tablets three times a day with sufficient liquid – preferably after a meal. On training days, you can also take the daily portion (6 tablets) around training.
