Overview of refunds

Our refund and return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received the goods, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially booked by the card company.

Then contact your bank. There is often a certain processing time before a refund is booked.

Articles for sale

Only items at the regular price can be refunded. Sold items cannot be refunded.

Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail.

Returns

You must bear the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. The shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take different lengths of time for your replaced product to reach you.
