Personal data required for the purchase
In the course of shopping in our online store, we collect various personal data from you (surname, first name, date of birth, postal address and bank details or credit card details). We process and use your personal data for the purpose of processing and executing the contract, i.e. to process your order and payment and to deliver the goods ordered. Your e-mail address will also be used to inform you about the status of your order.
Use of your data for the conclusion and execution of contracts
Unless you have given us your express consent, we will not use your data for purposes other than the conclusion and execution of contracts between you and Top-Fit.org. We will only pass on your data to companies entrusted with the receipt and execution of your order to the extent that this is necessary for these purposes. In these cases, your data will be blocked for further use after the respective contract has been fully processed and deleted after the statutory retention periods have expired.
Use of data for contacts
If you wish to send us a message via the contact form, we will record your name/telephone number/country/company/website and your e-mail address in order to respond to your request. The data stored for this purpose will then be deleted unless you have given us your consent to store and use it for other purposes specified in this privacy policy.
Log files about visits to our website
Each time you visit our website or download a file, log data such as IP address, date and time, website visited, name of the downloaded file, browser version used, operating system software and the previously visited website are temporarily stored. This data is only analyzed for statistical purposes and to improve our offer. They do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your identity and are subsequently deleted.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files that are sent from our web server to your browser and stored on your computer’s hard disk. They are intended to automatically identify your computer the next time you visit our websites and to make navigation easier for you.
We also use these so-called ID cookies to recognize your computer on other websites that are members of Google’s display advertising network based on the logged data (visit to our website, last Google search query including date and time, preferred language used, type of browser, operating system) in order to show you advertising based on your presumed interests. You can view, delete or add the categories according to which interest-based ads are presented within the Google Display Network in Google’s Ads Preferences Manager.
This tool also allows you to opt out of the use of cookies for interest-based advertising within the Google Display Network entirely by clicking the “opt-out” button. Click here for more information.
You can decide for yourself whether and under what conditions cookies are stored on your computer by adjusting the security settings of your browser, by allowing your browser to accept cookies only on request or not at all, or by specifying that cookies are deleted when you close your browser. However, the functionality of our website may be limited if you decide not to accept cookies.
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before transmission. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a server in the USA and truncated there.
Google will use the information generated on behalf of TCM Science LLC for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to Top-Fit.org. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.
You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.
Social plugins from Facebook, Google+ and Twitter with the “2-click solution”.
We use so-called social plugins (“plugins”) on our website, which are provided by the social networks Facebook, Google+ and the microblogging service Twitter. The companies Facebook Inc, Google Inc and Twitter Inc (“providers”) offer these services.
Facebook is operated by Facebook Inc, 1601 S. Californian Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). An overview of the Facebook plugins and what they look like can be found here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins
Google+ is operated by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). An overview of the Google plugins and what they look like can be found here: https://developers.google.com/+/web/
Twitter is operated by Twitter Inc, 1355 Market St, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. You can find an overview of the Twitter buttons and what they look like here:https://twitter.com/about/resources/buttons
To improve the protection of your data when you visit our website, the plugins are linked to the page via the so-called “2-click solution”. This link guarantees that no connection to the Facebook, Google+ and Twitter servers is established when you access a page on our website that contains such plugins. Your browser only establishes a direct connection to the Google+, Facebook or Twitter servers when you activate the plugins and thus give your consent to data transmission. The content of the respective plugin is then transmitted directly to your browser and linked to the page by the corresponding provider. By integrating the plugin, the providers receive the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a corresponding profile with the provider or are not currently logged in. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted directly from your browser to a server of the respective provider in the USA and stored there. If you are logged in to one of the social networks, the providers are immediately able to associate your visit to our website with your profile on the social network. If you interact with the plugins, e.g. by clicking on the “Like”, “+1” or “Twitter” button, the corresponding information is also transmitted directly to one of the provider’s servers and stored there. The information is also published on the social network or your Twitter account and displayed to your contacts there. If you would like to find out more about the purpose and scope of data collection by the providers as well as your rights in this regard and settings options for protecting your privacy, please read the providers’ data protection information.
