Newsletter

If you have entered your e-mail address under “Newsletter”, then clicked on the “Subscribe” button and confirmed your subscription via the link we sent to the e-mail address you entered (double opt-in), we will also process and use your e-mail address to regularly send you our newsletter with our offers and promotions. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter or online by clicking on the “Unsubscribe newsletter” button.

Account creation

If you have voluntarily created an account under “My account – Register now”, we will use the personal data we collect to register you for future visits or purchases in our online store. This means that you do not have to re-enter the data required for contractual purposes for each individual order and you can view the orders you have placed with us in your customer account.

Data security

Personal data that we collect during the ordering process is transmitted to us via a secure SSL connection (“Secure Socket Layer”) in 128-bit encrypted form to protect it from unauthorized access. Furthermore, we take additional technical and organizational security measures to protect your data from loss, destruction or misuse. In particular, it is not possible to access your customer account without entering your personal password. You can help protect your data by choosing a password that is difficult to reconstruct, e.g. a combination of letters, numbers and symbols, and by keeping it strictly confidential.

You have a right to free information about your stored data and, if applicable, a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data.

Accepted payment methods

All payments are processed via Stripe (our credit card provider) or PayPal via their secure, encrypted servers.

Returns & refunds

How to return an item

• Your item must be in its original, unused condition in order to be returned.
• The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Please send an email to team@top-fit.org to request a refund and we will assign you a ticket number for the return.
• Enclose a signed letter with your parcel stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return exceptions

Opened or sealed items cannot be returned.

Worn, used or altered goods will not be taken back or exchanged.

Restocking fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We will also not refund the original shipping costs you paid for the order.
